Let me introduce myself!

Hello, and welcome! I am Sofia Papoutsi, PhD, a career, creativity, and entrepreneur coach dedicated to helping individuals and teams navigate transitions and unlock their potential. My coaching journey has been shaped by my own experiences with change, self-discovery, and the pursuit of a more fulfilling life. I began my career in law, working for over 15 years first in academic and later in corporate environments. While I gained valuable insights and skills, I realized that my true passion lay elsewhere—exploring creativity and building a life aligned with my values. This realization led me to make a bold decision to shift gears and embark on a new path. I pursued my artistic practice in photography, which deepened my understanding of personal expression, growth, and resilience. At the same time, I felt a strong desire to support others in their own journeys of change and creativity.

To turn this passion into a profession, I completed an AC-Accredited coaching training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) and am currently undergoing additional certifications in Creativity Coaching. These programs, combined with my own experiences, have equipped me to help others navigate transitions, discover their unique strengths, and build meaningful careers or creative practices. I work online in Greek, English and French.
